About Refunds
We do NOT offer any refunds. We clearly state that on our checkout page. It is part of the payment policy that you agree to prior to making payment. Please note that there are instances where we are not able to provide sufficient or any useful information on a person. An example would be if someone is using a VOIP phone number provided by Skype or Google Voice. While we try to minimize these cases, we cannot completely eliminate them. Please do not ask us for refunds as we do not issue them as clearly stated as part of your purchase agreement.
Email us at hello@zlookup.com if you have any questions or would like to comment. We love to hear from you.
